Self-Check-in
Check in easily whenever it suits you. Our kiosk at the hotel entrance allows for a fast and hassle-free arrival — no reception needed.
How it works
- Check-in from 2:00 PM directly at the kiosk by the hotel entrance
- Online bookings made after midnight: arrival from 2:00 PM the following day
- Between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM, bookings can only be made directly at the kiosk or by phone
- Check-out by 10:30 AM: simply drop your key card in the return box at the hotel entrance or in the underground garage
Check in even faster:
You can fill out your registration form digitally in advance. You’ll receive the link via email after booking.
If you wish, you can also request a digital key card during this process to speed up your check-in even more.

Parking
Das Smart Hotel Kreisel verfügt über mehrere Parkplätze in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig). Diese können im Voraus reserviert werden und bieten direkten Liftzugang zu allen Etagen. Ein speziell gekennzeichneter Parkplatz ist für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität vorgesehen. (Maximale Einfahrtshöhe: 2 m)
If you are arriving by bicycle, you also have the option to book a secure parking space.
Breakfast
Flexible breakfast & enjoyment
With us, you are not tied to fixed breakfast times. Right in the building, you’ll find the Agrola service station shop with a wide selection of fresh baked goods, sandwiches, snacks, coffee, and drinks. Thanks to the generous opening hours – from early morning until late in the evening – you can enjoy your breakfast or a snack exactly when it suits you.
Lounge
A guest lounge is located on the first floor and is available to all hotel guests. It’s the perfect place to unwind, take a break, or relax at the end of the day. A beverage and coffee vending machine provides refreshments around the clock. Free Wi-Fi and multiple power outlets are also available.
Check-In from 2.00 PM
Your key will be released from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. If you wish to arrive earlier, you are welcome to contact us by telephone or e-mail.
Check-Out until 10.30 AM
The hotel card is no longer valid from 10.30 AM on your day of departure and therefore access to all doors is blocked. When you leave the hotel, you can return your card to one of the check-out boxes. These are located at the main entrance and in the underground car park.
Parking
In principle, the following parking spaces in the garage belong to the hotel:
6, 7, 8, 9, 15, 17, 20, 21, 32
The car park with the number 16 is reserved for people with disabilities.
Garage or bicycle parking can be booked in advance.
Lounge
On the second floor there is a lounge with a drinks and coffee machine.
Extra beds
Extra beds or baby cribs are available upon request and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Only available in selected rooms.
The Smart Hotel Kreisel is a non-smoking hotel
Smoking is prohibited in the entire interior of the hotel. There are opportunities to smoke in the outdoor area of the hotel.
In the event of non-compliance, the hotel has the right to charge the customer for cleaning costs to be incurred separately, as well as for loss of revenue from not renting the room. The additional costs amount to a minimum of twice the price of the overnight stay.
Pets are not allowed
For allergy reasons, pets are not allowed.
