Smart Hotels AG was founded in 2014. After ten years, the group was repositioned under new ownership: The aim of the Smart Hotel Group is now to expand and operate further hotels - in the range of «20 to 60 hotel rooms». The cost pressure in the general economy and a new understanding of bookings shows that people are looking for a very inexpensive hotel with fewer services - less is more. Smart Hotels wants to strengthen this hotel sector. We are expanding this offering with great enthusiasm and drive. It goes without saying that guests are digitally supported 24 hours a day. This means they can always get into the hotel (or Garage), even if they have lost their access code or digital key.
